- Support content — tickets, messages, attachments, and related metadata you or your customers submit.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral information.

2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

3. Sharing with third parties
We may share information about your use of our site with third parties that help us operate the Service — for example hosting providers, analytics, advertising measurement partners, email delivery, and authentication services. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. Service providers are engaged under contracts that limit use of data to performing services for us.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to track visitors, measure ads, ad campaign effectiveness, and analyze site traffic. You can manage non-essential categories through the Cookie Preference Manager. Continued use of the Service without making a choice is treated as acceptance of all cookies, as described in the consent notice. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account or organization is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Ticket and message content is retained according to your organization's configuration and our operational needs.
6. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation for multi-organization deployments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
