Speak the ticket in your own language

A request should not wait on a keyboard. Send a voice note to the workspace WhatsApp number and it opens the same ticket a typed message would: owned, threaded, and searchable. Later notes in the same chat land on that ticket.
Every note is transcribed and translated into English on the way in, before anyone on the desk opens it. Speak Tamil, Hindi, or a mix of Tamil and English, and the ticket reads in English. There is no language to pick and no command to remember.
The English text is the ticket's text, so routing, search, and SLA treat it like any other inbound message. The recording stays on the ticket as an audio attachment, so the next owner can still hear what the customer said in their own words.
English and all 22 scheduled languages of India are covered. Agents reply in the same WhatsApp chat. If a transcript ever comes back empty, the ticket still opens under the recording's file name, with the audio ready to play.
